A useful enquiry includes the destination market, intended adult audience, total caffeine from every ingredient source, proposed number of films per serving, retail count, desired flavor and launch timing. Sports formulas and mineral-rich combinations need particular attention to whether a small film can carry a meaningful payload.
Brand-ready packaging begins with protection
Individually sealed sachets are the primary protection. Carton choice follows film and sachet dimensions, the desired count and the retail channel. We review custom sachet printing, carton artwork, inserts, seal performance and stability in the selected pack. Technical suitability, label content and claims are approved before print or production.

Can you develop a custom formula?
Yes. We accept OEM and ODM briefs and can support CRO and CDMO development projects. Ingredient selection, strength, film loading, taste, stability and destination-market eligibility are reviewed before a final formula is agreed.
What is the minimum order quantity per flavor?
For the caffeine oral film reference project, the minimum order is 2,000 boxes per flavor, with 30 films per box, equivalent to 60,000 films. Different formulas, counts and packaging structures require a project-specific quotation.
Can you provide samples, and what do they cost?
Yes. Sample development for the caffeine reference project costs USD 200 per SKU. The fee can be credited against a later commercial order. The sample scope, number of iterations, shipping and credit conditions are confirmed in the quotation.
Is rapid sublingual delivery guaranteed?
No. A fast-dissolving film describes physical behavior. Absorption route, onset and duration depend on the ingredient and product and require appropriate evidence; this website does not promise a universal sublingual effect.
