The enquiry form collects your name, email, company, country or region, destination market, concept, project brief and optional quantity and flavor information. It records your consent and source page so the team can assess and respond to the project. Please do not submit medical histories, payment-card data, unnecessary personal details or confidential formulas before agreeing a suitable confidentiality arrangement.

Enquiries are stored privately in the website administration area and sent through the configured business notification email service. Authorized business staff and relevant service providers may process the information to handle your request, maintain the website and manage security. Website, email and business processing may involve providers and locations outside your country. Contact us for information relevant to your request.

Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Mailbox copies and records connected with an active project may be retained as needed for the business relationship and applicable obligations. The policy does not promise a fixed retention period for every external mailbox or contractual record.

Security checks use a salted hash of the connecting IP address, short-lived verification tokens, a honeypot, rate limits and request validation. The form does not publish enquiries or allow public access to them. No security method is an absolute guarantee; contact us if you believe information was sent in error.
